For younger visitors there is the opportunity to see many of the houses used in the BBC Scotland Balamory series
Balamory turned out to be one of BBC Scotlands biggest hits with 254 episodes being made.

Balamory was a soap opera for young children, using a back drop of all the colourful houses in Tobermory the series captured the imagination of young viwers who are thrilled when the get the chance to see the real life places used in the programmes.

There are lots of places to play outside. We have a big lawn and huge fields to play in. There are mountains, hills, woodlands, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away

If you are stuck in the house and can't get out play then you can have a game of Pool in the big twin bedroom downstairs, There's plenty of room.

There is also a table football game and lots of board games, and a TV. downstairs.

Upstairs you can watch a video or DVD we don't have any videos or DVDs here so bring your favourites.

There are lots of sheep at Penmore. If you come in the spring you see all the newly born lambs.

A highland Cow, We don't have any at Penmore but there are plenty on Mull. If you are into wild animals keep your eyes peeled for buzzards, eagles, and otters. or if you're lucky you might get taken on a whale and dolphin or sightseeing boat trip
