The working farm at Penmore has been designated
an environmentally sensitive area in recognition of its diverse habitats
which include native woodland, wetland areas and water margins, herb rich
grasslands and heather moorland. There are a number of areas of archaeological
and historic interest, including stone circles and ancient
fortifications

Visitors enjoy the use of the lawn and are free to walk
on the hill farm. The children's play area is in view from the house,
where there is also a Barbecue and picnic table.
